The vendor form is called a resale certificate. This is what you need as it comes with the seller's permit.

Yes, a food seller's permit is required in ME for the seafood restaurant.

The difference is that an LLC is a business entity tax structure. I.e., select an LLC, you select the method to be taxed as opposed to being the sole proprietor.

On the other hand, a business license is a general business tax certificate that is based on your gross business tax, number of employees and location.

For an online boutique, the best is an LLC.
