Hi Mary, for your FL llc set up, you will need the articles and the operating agreement as well as the tax id EIN. The cost is about $199. As an independent contractor, you will also need the EIN because you need to 1099 form.

Hi Sergio, for your NJ llc set up, you will need the articles and the operating agreement as well as the tax id EIN. The cost is about $199. the form is called a seller's permit for resale license. Yes, it costs money to get a seller's permit ( about $59). As a business that holds a seller's permit, you can sell in all 50 states.

Hi james, for your llc set up, you will need the articles and the operating agreement as well as the tax id EIN. The cost is about $199. The form for sales tax is called a seller's permit, which is the proper documentation for resale. If you file an LLC, you don't need to file a DBA. The cleaning business license cost is $59. Part time crafts for festivals requires at least a seller's permit.
